I'm here to help guide you with the tools that are effective.
I honor the time, energy, and financial commitment of therapy. I'm not the therapist who just nods their head in complacent validation. I want to see change for you. I will be gently and lovingly direct when challenging old ways of thinking or stories that are not serving you anymore. We will collaboratively work together and check in on what's working in the therapy and what isn't.
I have witnessed the amazing shifts in my clients and I'm honored to be part of the transformative process. I've seen clients blossom into a full expression of themselves - finding their purpose, loving deeper and more fully, both in the relationship with themselves and others. Ultimately experiencing more calm, balance, joy, and living the life that they want.
The foundation of my approach is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Buddhist Psychology, Breathwork, Ecotherapy, Art Therapy, and the unique relationship between you & I.
